Ren’s Pets Wins Omni-Channel Innovator Retailer of the Year

A ceremony was held at the SuperZoo trade show at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada this week.

PPN honors outstanding specialty pet retailers in North America who show innovative, unique, exceptional ways of supporting their customers and their pets. Ren’s win in the Omni-Channel category was based on their extensive work to integrate in store and online channels, allowing customers to shop any way they want and still receive the best customer experience.
