Most of the products on our site qualify for free shipping. Your order will be sent by our preferred carrier with the standard level of service. To qualify for free shipping, your order must total $49 (ON and QC) or $69 (Outside ON and QC) or above after discounts and before taxes.

Bulk or oversized items carry an additional charge from the shipping companies we utilize, and therefore do not qualify for free shipping. Some examples are grooming arms, tables & tubs, large tubs of cat litter, super giant pet beds and so on. Basically, anything that’s unusually large or dense or that requires special handling due to size. Please note that oversized items are subject to change at any time without notice.

Pet parents across Canada can now shop online and quickly and easily collect their purchases in-store at any of our locations. Orders are typically ready within two hours and with no extra charge, our Click & Collect service can help keep your pet's tail wagging! AutoShip

Subscribe and Save!

Pet parents can subscribe to our AutoShip service! With this convenient automatic delivery service, you can simply checkmark the AutoShip field in the product page, select how often you want to get that product delivered, and done, your pet will never run out of their favourite goodies again!

Returns & Damages

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of who we are. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item within 30 days of the date of purchase from both the website and store. Store bought items and web orders can be returned to any Ren's Pets location with a receipt.

For web returns, you can also give us a call at 1.519.780.4312 or fill out our contact form with your order number, and we will issue you a return authorization number (RMA). No returns will be processed without a valid RMA being issued.

Wrong Product or Just Don’t Like it?


In store returns - No hard feelings! We are happy to refund or exchange products for you. You can return orders in-store with your original receipt, no RMA required. Returned items must be in unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging.

Warehouse returns - Web returns being returned to us via mail, if there is nothing wrong with the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping. Returned items must be in unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. If an order is returned without notice or failure to pick up your parcel from the post office, you will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Reimbursement will only be applied back to the original method of payment. 

·        Food and treats must be in their original packaging and contain more than 50% of the initial quantity. Raw frozen diets must be returned frozen.

·        Boots, clothing and accessories are not worn, used or washed.

·        Beds / Crates are not used or washed.

·        The item must be in the same condition as at the time of sale.

·        The item does not represent the quality standards of purchasing the product.

The following items are returnable only if damaged or defective:

  • Dryer or Clipper repair parts
  • Scissors/Shears
  • Clippers/Trimmers & Clipper Blades
  • Elizabethan Collars

·        Toys are non-returnable unless defective.

 

Every dog plays differently and since not all toys are created equal it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pet safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

Damaged or Defective Product?


We are so sorry to hear that your product arrived in this condition! Ren’s will pay for the return shipping on all damaged or defective products purchased online, make sure to contact us for an RMA number, as we cannot process your return without it. Purchases made online or in store may be returned at any Ren’s Pets location. Products must be returned with all original items; clippers must be returned with the original blade.
